The Sailfish Project

Project Overview

Our Sailfish Project was a 2 bed, 2 bath unit located in the Sailfish Cove complex in Mermaid.

Our lovely client Tina had contacted J3 for further renovations after we built her a new deck prior to Christmas.

With a budget in mind, our team managed to transfer the whole unit within 7 weeks.

The scope of work was a brand-new kitchen and study nook area, enclosed stairs to keep the pup safe, new flooring throughout, two brand-new bathrooms, new laundry, a fresh lick of paint, a new entrance door and some minor adjustments to some old details around the unit.

With access being a factor throughout and operating under body corporate regulations, our Sailfish Project had some challenges but none-the-less turned out to be a very successful outcome.
