Project Overview

The Ambience project was a single apartment full renovation/refurbishment, which took part in the heart of Burleigh Heads. With pristine ocean views on level 7 in the Ambience building, the goal was for this apartment to match its idyllic location.

With the client's Hampton-style brief in mind, we turned this outdated apartment into a tier 1 unit, which now can compete with the surrounding newly built apartments. Top-of-the-range Astra walker tapware, oak engineered floors, colonial timber woodwork throughout and farmer sinks were just some of the features that set this apartment apart.

Within 12 weeks, we went from demolition to a turn-key result keeping pristine finishes throughout. Chris and Kylie were truly pleased when they returned from their 12-week holiday to see their new beach home.
